"Hi, I'm Brendan, the director and founder of The Guided Path. As an experienced Guidance Officer in Brisbane schools, I have seen firsthand how School Can't is having such a massive impact on our community. I have sat with countless parents who have experienced tremendous stress, being blamed when they should be supported, and feeling very isolated. I have the burning desire to build a passionate team that can solely focus rewriting stories that seem hopeless, because I know through experience that every child can successfully find their way back to learning. No child's potential should be limited by a system that won't adapt- and no parent should walk this path alone.

Our Mission

We believe every young mind deserves an education that fits them—not systems that demand they conform.

We exist to:

🔗 Build unshakable connections
We start with trust — always.

🧠 Leave no stone unturned
We dismantle sensory, social and systemic barriers with curiosity and compassion.

🤝 Stand beside families
Not as experts above, but as partners walking beside.

🚀 Deliver transformative outcomes
Beyond grades — into hope, autonomy and self-worth.

Why Families Trust The Guided Path?

Local and Hands On – We can come to you: in schools, homes, and communities where support matters most.

Neuroaffirming Approach – We don’t "fix" kids—we equip them to navigate challenges their way.

Family-Centred – Parents and carers are partners, not bystanders.
